Register NOW for the PROM!

6:30PM to 11:00PM

It is time to register and reserve your spot for the Prom!

Join us for an evening of fun, great food, dancing, and memories with your home school friends.  Julian Smith provides a beautiful, centralized location with a large dance floor.  Supervision will be provided and music will be appropriate.  [Note:  Although the legal
name of this facility is Julian Smith Casino, it is run by the city of Augusta and is not used for gambling in any way. The literal word Casino here means a  building or room used for social amusements (Webster)].

The Prom is open to all home schooled teens in the CSRA in 9th through 12th grades.

As of January 1, 2011:
Tickets:  $30.00 per person or $55.00 per couple
If postmarked after March 11, 2011: $35.00 per person or $60.00 per couple.

NOTE:  Couples [boy/girl] can include a non-home schooled student if accompanying a home school attendee.

Please be sure to include with your payment the following information on a 3X5 index card:
  • name of attendees - and note which one or ones are home schooled
  • age of student[s] – please note on card if a graduating senior and list any future plans, etc.  If student is a graduating senior, be aware that we will be asking for photos for a special recognition of all graduating seniors
  • emergency contact names and numbers where contact can be reached is also necessary for EACH attendee:  cell phone, et cetera 

Confirmation will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment.   

Cost includes full catered dinner as well as music and dancing.
Catering by Carrabbas Italian Grill in Augusta, GA.
Appetizers, dinner, and dessert provided.

The Prom will be fully chaperoned.  In addition, two sheriff’s deputies will be on duty throughout the entire event.  [Law enforcement is a city rule.]

Not a dancer?  Not every person is!  Come and join the fellowship – and if you’re interested, line dances are for everyone and can easily be learned.

If you are a leader of a co-op or care group or other home school organization, please pass along this information to your participants.

Hey, just wanted to let everyone know...if any guys that are going to this prom still need to rent a tux. i have coupons for $40 off tux rentals for prom at Men's Warehouse over at the Augusta 20 Exchange on Robert C. Daniel Parkway.
